BDSec Joint Stock Company is publicly traded on the Mongolian Stock Exchange
(MSE) under the ticker symbol BDS. BDSec has been awarded as “Best listed
company" of 2006 for its stock performance, corporate governance, as well
as services to shareholders.
The supreme managing power of the BDSec is the shareholders’ meeting which
elects the Board of Directors with nine members. The Board of Directors holds a
meeting in the first year of every year, and organizes a shareholders’ meeting
within four months after a decision has been made.
Reliable Taxpayer
BDSec has awarded as the “Most Reliable Taxpayer” for several times in last
years and received appreciation from Mongolian Tax Committee.
Dividend
BDSec distributed worth 30,000,000 MNT to its all shareholders as a dividend of
2006 and 55,000,000 MNT dividends of 2008. In 2007, company distributed 30 MNT dividends
per share.
