 In 2005, BDSec acquired underwriting license and has
become first underwriter in Mongolia. Since
2005, we‘ve
underwrote 8 of 13 all IPOs.
Underwriting activity includes
issuance consultant for the issuer, private placement, as well as PO issuance
on the stock market.
In 2008, the total of five companies
issued shares on the Mongolian Stock Exchange. Our company operated as an
official underwriter and chief dealer for two of them, with the shares worth 6.2
billion MNT that accounted for 16.8 percent of the total.
