• In 2021, the sales revenue of Mongol Basalt JSC increased by 3.5 times compared to the same period of the previous year and reached MNT 11.4 billion. The net income after tax increased by 11.8 times, reaching MNT 1.9 billion.
• By the end of 2021, the thermal insulation plant had produced 3,033.1 tons of cotton. A total of 4,129 meters of pipes and chimney insulation were produced and supplied to the pipeline factory.
• During the reporting period, Mongol Basalt JSC introduced a new basalt wool slab to the market. The company supplied products to thermal power plants, Erdenet Thermal Power Plant and Tavantolgoi Fuel LLC.
• In 2021, 2,778 million shares worth MNT 496.77 million were traded on the secondary market. The maximum price of total shares traded on the secondary market was MNT 249.53, the minimum price was MNT 160.11, and the closing price in 2021 was MNT 172.41. The stock has risen more than 17 percent since the beginning of the year.
• The market capitalization of Mongol Basalt JSC is estimated at MNT 12 billion, with more than 5 percent owned by 70 percent of the company's shareholders.
