Bogd Bank has decided to distribute dividends

• According to the resolution No. 22/63 dated July 21, 2022 of the Board of Directors of "Bogd Bank" JSC, dividends will be distributed from the net profit after tax for the second quarter of 2022.
• 15 percent of the bank's net profit for the second quarter of 2022, MNT 8,033,500,938.79 or MNT 1,205,025,140.82, will be distributed in cash per 62,500,000.00 shares in circulation, and it has been decided to distribute MNT 19.28 per share as a dividend to shareholders.
• The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be determined as of August 9, 2022, and it was decided to transfer them to the shareholders' accounts within 60 days after the approval of the authorized person.
